Challenges
Wiley was concerned that their sales and marketing departments did not have a main source for their associates to get marketing collateral. Their current process left a large margin for error with their branding and often materials produced were not the expected quality or following brand standards.

Our agency had recently solved a very similar challenge where the client’s brand presence was being diluted by off-brand materials created by store associates (with good intentions). Enter the MarcomCentral platform. One centralized secure location for associates to purchase a variety of branded products.
Designing for internal e-commerce
Having previous experience with the Marcom Central platform, it’s capabilities and limitations, I was able to design a clean and easy to use site that fit within their branding. The audience for this project were sales and marketing associates with varying levels of computer literacy. Keeping that in mind, sections and filters were kept visible throughout the site.
